Shipping Policy
Tokai Rika Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) stipulates the following regarding the delivery of products purchased on the ZENAIM website.
1. Shipping Carrier
Your order will be delivered via FedEX International Economy(hereinafter referred to as “FedEX”). You cannot specify the shipping carrier.
2. Shipping Information and Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent from store@zenaim.com. Additionally, when your item is shipped, a shipping email containing the FedEx tracking number will be sent from store@zenaim.com. You can check the delivery status by entering the tracking number on the FedEx website (https://www.fedex.com/).
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees vary by region, so please check the item purchase page for details.
4. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Depending on the purchase amount, taxes and customs duties may apply. Please contact your local customs office for information regarding import duties and taxes.
5. Shipping of Items
We will ship an item within 5 days (excluding weekends) after your order. The estimated delivery time is approximately 7 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the item is shipped. If you place an order during our holidays (spring, summer, and year-end), additional time may be required in addition to the usual shipping time.
Please note that delivery may be delayed due to system issues, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6.Delivery Date and Time
We apologize, but you cannot specify the delivery date and time.
7.Shipping Address
If the shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify it on the purchase screen. We cannot ship to a country different from the billing address.
8. Others
・We do not accept requests for gift deliveries.
・If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, the package will be left at a designated location. If you are concerned about this, please use the tracking number to choose a delivery option and date on the FedEx website (https://www.fedex.com/).
・Once FedEx has completed the delivery, we are not responsible for any loss or damage due to theft or other reasons.
