Return/Refund Policy

Tokai Rika Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) stipulates the following terms for the return of products purchased on the ZENAIM website (hereinafter referred to as “our website”).

This policy does not apply to products purchased outside of our website. Please contact the website where you made the purchase directly.

For any issues or questions regarding the products, please contact the Company through the inquiry form on our website.

1.Returns

1.1 In case the defect in the products is caused by the Company(initial defect)

Upon receiving the product, please immediately check for any dirt, damage, malfunction, or if the product matches your order. If a customer finds any dirt, damage, malfunction, or receive wrong products, please contact the Company through the inquiry form on our website, providing the product name, keyboard serial number, order number/shipping number, purchase date, name, address, email address, phone number, and inquiry details. The Company will only accept return sand will exchange or refund if a customer contacts the Company within 7 days of receiving the product. In such cases, the shipping cost will be borne by the Company. (*This applies only to purchases made on our website.)

1.2 In case of a customer’s own reasons

The Company will accept returns for a refund within 30 days of receiving the product. Please contact the Company through the inquiry form on our web site if a customer would like to return. However, the product must be unused, unopened, and include all accessories, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. In this case, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

1.3 Refusal of Returns

The Company cannot accept returns if a customer does not contact the Company through the inquiry form on our website. Products returned without prior contact through the inquiry form will be discarded. Additionally, the Company cannot accept returns for purchases of 10 or more items. (*This applies only to purchases made on our website.)

2. Refunds

The Company will issue a refund after receiving and inspecting the returned product, provided it meets the conditions outlined in sections 1.1 and 1.2. Please note that the Company cannot issue refunds for products that do not meet these conditions. In either case, the Company will notify the customer of the refund eligibility via email.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within a certain number of days. If a refund is not approved, the product will be returned to the customer, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
